I am doing my second triathlon tomorrow!!! (butterflies) No really I am so excited. I loved the first one I did. This one is called WOMEN OF STEEL! It's a women only tri in American Fork and I am doing it with three of my friends from work. I conned them all into it, but I know they love me for it :) It's a 300 meter swim, 11.5 mile bike and a 3 mile run. Wish me luck!!!

good luck emily!! Wow a triathalon, you are amazing. I did my first 1/2 marathon, and thought I would die, but am actually looking into the next one. Isn't it so addicting. I am sure you will do awesome!

Emily, you're my hero. I could never do a triathalon. I'm too whimpy. Hey, we have a couple of your things from the move...not sure how they ended up still in my van but they did....so we'll need to get together to get them back to you. I've got a space heater and an air mattress.
