IT'S A MAID.....
IT'S A CHEF......
IT'S A CHAUFFER....
IT'S SUPERMOM...MAN
Oh, it's Pete!
I took this picture of my cute hubby, because it made me smile. Some time ago this would have been a very rare occasion, hard to catch on film. (If you can't tell he's cleaning) But now since our roles have switched, this moment could be captured almost daily! I love it! Pete has taken to his Mr. Mom duties with whole heart. I never imagined he could be so good at cleaning. I ALMOST think he's better than me, at keeping it up anyway. We do things differently but he has done such a great job since I started working! I sure love and appreciate him for his efforts! What a man! Seriously not many guys I know would have jumped into this Mr. Mom thing so willingly and with a smile on their face. I think every marraige could benefit from a situation like ours. We have both learned a lot about the other person's job. We have learned to appreciate eachother more and help eachother out. If this whole loss of job thing, brings nothing but an appreciation for each other, it will have been well worth it. Unfortunately it has given much more insight than that. I have been humbled yet again. I really do miss being a mom, and I appreciate motherhood more than ever. I miss it. I miss my kiddos. I miss cleaning my house, if that's possible. I do not enjoy the pressures of being the bread winner and I will gladly hand the responsibility back to Pete when that time comes. For now, I will tough it out and be a Man :)! Anyway I just thought I'd share my pride in my fabulous Mr. Mom with all. I love this man! He is such a stud!
Even as a mommy!

Wow! I am super impressed. Way to go Pete. I think Sam would probably be a better housekeeper than me. I obviously haven't checked your blog for awhile. I am glad to hear that you got a job Em. I can't imagine going back to work and leaving my little ones. You are so strong and I know you guys will get through this with flying colors. I think your haircut looks amazing and I think you look like a skinny minnie :) Great job! Let me know when you are coming home for a visit. I could give you some business. I am in desperate need of a haircut. I love you and miss you so much. You are in my prayers.
Wow! He's doing a great job!!!
Hope you're doing well! Miss ya!
Hurray for Pete! And it was great being with y'all this weekend. Mom said I didn't pay you enough...We'll get back at ya!
Love you,

Emily! Yes it's true... I'm a blog stalker. Thanks for the comment! Your kids are so cute... I love all of your scrapbook pages-I really need to learn how to do all that digital stuff! Hope everything is going good with your new job =)
Yay! We found eachother, finally. So, speaking of talent, girl, those pic's you painted on James' wall, totally awesome!
Anyway, long story short, Alecia talked to my mom at a wedding, asked if I had a blog, if I knew yours, said she would look mine up, which got me thinking, "How does one look up a blog?" so I googled, and the FHE blog was all I got. But it worked!
Hey... we live in Santaquin. I would love to someday get a girls/kids day planned. The zoo would be awesome or even a backyard bbq somewhere. Are you working all the time? After May my schedule is good to do something pretty much whenever... but lets put it out there to the other ladies and get something in the works! Oh, and way to go Pete!
